Eight years ago, my husband and I moved to this incredible area after he, an avid fisherman, had been visiting for over 30 years. I fell in love with the driftless area’s natural beauty and welcoming community, and I’ve been passionate about helping others discover it ever since.
I spent the majority of my career life as an owner and operator of a daycare that had 15 awesome employees and 75 incredible children but got into real estate after moving to and falling in love with this WI. I purchased Rush Creek, a thriving business, from Randy Robertson and Mike Dagnon, and am building fast on a strong foundation. While only having a few years under my belt in real estate, my clients and numbers speak for me. I’m committed to providing personalized service and making your buying or selling experience as seamless as possible. I pride myself on my in-depth knowledge of the local market and my dedication to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Emma Justin – Sales Agent
Emma Justin is a La Crosse, WI, native and a 2013 graduate of Holmen High School. She earned a degree in Mathematics from Iowa State University in 2017 and currently works in Risk Management at Kwik Trip in La Crosse.
Emma and her husband, Jamey, own several short-term rental properties under their business name, Rentals Justin Time, offering unique stays in the Driftless Region. She has a passion for hospitality, real estate, and sharing the beauty of the river region with travelers and those looking to buy or sell in Southwest Wisconsin.
When not working, Emma enjoys spending time with her two children, ages 12 and 4, relaxing in her backyard with her dogs, chickens, and turkey, spending time on the river, reading, doing puzzles, and more.
Randy Robertson – Former Broker-Owner/Advisor
Hi, I’m Randy Robertson, the former owner of Rush Creek Realty. Having been a part of this company for many years, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless clients navigate the real estate market in the Driftless Area. It’s a region I’m deeply passionate about, and I love sharing its unique charm with others.
